Worst experience I ever had with a delivery. I arrived at 09:15 with booking time on papers at 09:00. I booked in and moved to tipping area around the back, here nobody in front of me. I went to fork lift drivers (2) and they told me sorry we have to load this 4 trailers first and than will start tipping you! After hearinig this I went to goods in office to try to explain them I only have 4 pallets and I have a lot of work to do after. Young blonde lady in the office and the other woman just ignore me for about 20 min (spending their time with other activites like facebook on phone). I saw a "gentleman" walking close to me and I explained him my situation than the young lady come to the window saying that forklift drivers are on brake now :)))) Some people here get their sallary for doing nothing except to annoy others. Beautifull place. Next time I ll refuse doing delivery here. Thanks DHL for this amazing working team. Hope one of the managers will see this and I will more than happy to explain everything.
