This college is such a scam literally they’re just hungry for your money. It’s crazy that the guy that I was sorting out all the paperwork with even told me that I can cancel the course any time I want and today I called customer service to cancel my course and they told me I can’t do it, because there’s a 14 day cancellation period. How can someone even find out they enjoy the course within 14 days? It’s so dumb.

FRAUD! STAY AWAY! - my partner wanted to cancel the course but they wouldn’t allow him to as he didn’t have a student number. He asked for help to locate his ID number, but no-one would help him! They said a course had to be cancelled within “7 days” which he missed due to them not helping him. He has never used they resources or had a tutor but they continue to take money out of his account with no permission even though the direct debt was cancelled. They stated it was the law to cancel before the 7days. Please read the comments, we are not the only people.

Absolutely disgusting I offered to pay for my grangson, but the course was useless so I thought I had stopped paying them but they put me onto arc Europe and agreed to pay them £20 a month but I have learnt since have been paying £20 a month to both tradetechs and arc Europe over at least 4 years the original payment was for £1,200 SO ITHINK I HAVE PAID SO MUCH MORE AND I WANT MY EXSESS MONEY BACK
