Brought a item though ebay have been told the carrier has the item and they have not received it yet with many calls to them and they still havnt got the item seems like it has not been sent!!

I advise if you happen to purchase anything via eBay, think twice. I purchased an item via eBay on the 8th March 2019 & the customer service representative was extremely rude, unprofessional & childish. She has no intention of stopping ranting at me untill I mentioned I would report her, which I did. It's been 3 weeks since I emailed the company. I was informed someone would look into it. I'm still waiting. It seems they have no customer value and the staff can treat you how they see fit. I would not purchase anything from this company again due to the poor customer service & non existent correspondence in which I received.
