Over 1 week and still not understanding what went wrong. Just for £2 the agent doesn't help with artwork. Very bad

If I could leave a review and post a zero star rating, I would. Needed to get an urgent job printed so found this company that was able to meet the deadline. Paid extra for the faster delivery to allow a slight buffer. 3 days prior to the deadline, tried to call countless times throughout the day and not once did I manage to speak to anyone. Call system kept saying 2 minute wait then cut me off. 2 days prior to the deadline, called and actually managed to speak to someone. Was promised that the job was done and would be dispatched with DPD and tracking details would follow. No details were received 1 day prior. Called to chase as still not tracking and concerned by this point as the job was for my biggest customer and quite frankly, the customer that kept me going throughout covid. Tried 3 times, each time was on the phone for 20 minutes before cutting out, all whilst hearing a message stating a 2 minute wait. 4th time, eventually got to speak to someone. Gave details, they said they would investigate and get back. No one ever got back by phone nor email. D Day, received tracking from DPD saying parcel had been collected. The parcel should have arrived this day, not be sent. Called my DPD account handler as figured I would get more sense out of them. Was told the parcel had only been scheduled for collection at 10am on that day and collected within the hour. Trade print had dispatched the job late in spite of paying for the faster delivery and being promised in would be sent on time during one of the calls. Day past deadline day, DPD mess up and unable to deliver (overworked due to Royal Mail strikes). I once again try to contact Trade Print and have zero success. I end up doing a 2 hour round trip to the depot to get the job to ensure I dispatch only 1 day late. Ok so, we have confirmed the service is appalling and they overcharge (due to supplying a slower service to what was paid for); so what about the quality of the print? I own a design business and spend around £200k each year on print so know exactly what I am talking about. The paper was a lower gsm when tested with the micrometer to what was requested and paid for, the print appeared to have been folded without first being scored or creased which caused the paper & ink to crack slightly and the colours were totally off. The whole print looks to be down about 5% on magenta ink, which totally changed the colour of the customers logo. Amazingly, I receive emails from Trade Print almost daily, with generic news or asking for a review. Well here you go; review as requested. Having gone through the reviews, I suggest you look at the average rating over the past 12 months rather than throughout the whole history as the early high ratings are giving an unrealistic representation of the current quality and level of service. Having dealt with this sector on a daily basis, I appreciated costs have gone up massively but for the amount of issues experienced with this job, there is no excuse for it. Absolutely appalling!

Printing is okay but a little slow. Print quality was so so. They also got a sign wrong and are not rushing to replace. ASked a few questions about print quality and got fobbed off with genric replies that don't answer the question. Aftersales is very poor Might be okay on simple stuff but wouldn't trust them on anything more.

What's happened to Tradeprint? they used to be so reliable. not any more. Also takes ages to get to speak to anyone when their support team used to be readily available. looking at the reviews - I think I need to be looking elsewhere as they clearly don't care and aren't doing anything about it. No responses to bad reviews tells you everything you need to know about them. So sad.

Been using these guys for years. Sadly, the last 2 years has seen their service go to pot. They stopped using FedEx and started using Evri for deliveries - which brings its own set of problems (Evri are useless) and I echo the recent comments about poor customer service. I was on chat with Gordon for over an hour yesterday - waiting for my problem to be addressed (which it never was) while he blamed his 'system going down' - really...!? Yes, they are cheap - and that used to carry some weight, but now - I'd rather pay a little more and get some modicum of service, and also know that my delivery will arrive when I expect it. Tradeprint should sit up and listen to its customers, and implement immediate changes. People in the trade talk and it doesn't take long for a bad word to spread.

This company has zero customer service. Every time I ring they are closed. My order was placed on 6.9.22, on the site it says next day delivery. This order was despatched but somehow delayed by the courier. Never received, they have reprinted and I was expecting it today 21.9.22 and the tracking is sorry your parcel has been delayed. Still getting no response on the phone nor on the live chat. Avoid
