  Trustpilot are claiming my review isn't legitimate, even after providing proof! so please read below! You can’t submit additional information to Tradeprices Bathrooms because the deadline has passed. Learn more Your review Gahtiff Ali 14 reviews GB Rated 1 out of 5 stars 17 Apr 2023 Poor Customer service - non legitimate warranty Poor Customer service, unable to speak to someone on the phone and went through chat online as a last resort as emails and calls go answered, Unclear agreement on warranty agreement, spoke to customer service about an issue with the shower enclosure due to poorly designed hinges preventing the door from closing, advised to send proof shower is level which it is on wall and support. Spoke to Rea who manufactured the shower as they also dismissed the email with no response, finally spoke to them and they advised there is no agreement and warranty is only between the supplier and them. Advised it will take a few days to resolve, will post update on this, 26/04/2023 - No update provided, head over to chat and get delayed replies and no update on the issue, advised will be going through trading standard for falsifying warranty liability and no action being taken or responsibility, no resolution has been provided at all, Gaving has been rude stating the following on chat due to me losing patience awaiting replies for 30 minutes! " You are the man, who has disgracefully added a negative review for a shower door installed 6 months ago." Absolutely shocking, they take your money and disappear, they will hold no accountability for damages and repairs, they are non existent once the product is delivered, I am warning you, do not buy from them and go to the bigger retailers for a stress free resolution with a real customer service team! Update: Having reached no resolution after multiple attempts on calling and chatting, the only way to resolve is to unfortunately raise a case with the bank and trading standard. Hope someone find this useful and spends their £600 elsewhere! 26/05/2023 - Still waiting an update from them, no calls or emails to resolve, they have flagged this review as non verified, unbelievable, FRAUD!!

  If I could give minus stars, I would have done. On 18th March I ordered a bathroom suite from this company online, paying upfront on my debit card (my first perilous mistake). I then received my bathroom suite four weeks later (was supposed to be two weeks) and this was after much chasing. When receiving my suite, I realised the end and front bath panels were missing, along with the WC unit and LED mirror. Eventually, on 5th May I finally received, what I thought, were the missing items only to realise they’d sent the wrong colour. I then chased and chased via telephone and countless emails to try and resolve the matter. Again, more items were then delivered on 18th May and to my absolute shock, they’d again sent the wrong colour along with items I didn’t even need (a second sink/vanity unit) and the end bath panel was also missing STILL. In my shed, I now have two front bath panels (both the wrong colour), two WC Units (both the wrong colour), an additional vanity unit and sink (the wrong colour and which I didn’t need as they originally delivered this item correctly) and an end bath panel (the wrong colour). I have enough items to start a bathroom showroom but not enough to complete my own bathroom as my order is still unfulfilled. I STILL require a gloss grey WC Unit and front/end bath panel. I have never dealt with such an arrogant, dismissive, incompetent company in my entire life. Gavin is unhelpful and condescending and tries to play the victim card if you complain about the HORRENDOUS customer service. Cathy (his only member of staff) will lie about delivery dates and hang up the phone if you get firm with her. Trading Standards need to act and close this company down as they are ruining people’s lives by taking their money and not fulfilling orders. I will be taking this to trading standards and small claims court and will not stop until I get my order fulfilled or a full refund plus compensation. PLEASE IGNORE ANY COMMENTS THIS COMPANY MAY WRITE IN RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW. THEY WILL SAY I AM LYING AND TRY TO DISCREDIT THIS REVIEW. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY VILE. IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU EVER MAKE

  Have ordered Apex Shower screen, but unfortunately the order was incorrect and now been waiting for them to replace the door for over 5months! No one ever picks up the phone and it's impossible to get in touch. Would never buy from them again and could not recommend them to anyone else!

  Rude and cruel. Particularly Gavin. Caused me a lot of heartache and upset. Very dishonest and heartless company. Please please avoid them! Products also poor quality, but that’s nothing compared to the bullying.

  Horrendous experience with this dismal firm. Incomplete delivery followed by wrong items (a shower enclosure and tray) to follow. Cheap and nasty gold finish on the handle and hinges instead of the advertised (and paid for) brushed brass too, in common with previous reviews. No apology offered at any stage and 'human error' glibly given as an explanation twice before them ending all contact after a few defensive, poorly communicated and inconsistent replies which eventually placed blame onto us for not having spotted the faults sooner, or some rubbish. The shutdown in communications from managers Gavin and Tracy after explaining our urgency as a one bathroom household with a child will give you some measure of who you'd be dealing with should one make the colossal mistake of entering any transaction with them. Looking at the negative reviews here and on other forums (and you are advised to take note of them 100%; see the curiously repetitive and transparently self-written reviews which have miraculously turned up on here pretty much daily from ‘customers’ with remarkably similar dining habits elsewhere since their fraudulent reviews were flagged over on Trustpilot), there is an evident pattern with this firm sending out damaged or incorrect goods and then shifting the goalposts and ignoring honest customers after pocketing their hard-earned cash. There's also an evident pattern in their response and replies to reviews like this and they care very much about their PR, so we're looking forward to whichever irrelevances, untruths, denials and stock responses about nasty customers lying about small, independent firms etc. are chuntered out in the field below or via text message at whatever hour. Edit forthcoming here, probably. We've eventually managed to retrieve our money via our bank, but others have been less fortunate and so we're inviting anyone who's been similarly stitched up (at least one household a week currently, going by the reviews) to get in touch regarding the legal and Trading Standards actions we have commenced. I'm reasonably easy to find on the socials and we will gladly continue to provide testimonials and evidence for anyone who asks for their own purposes too. We've always checked these forums regarding tradesmen and manufacturers but never for retailers so this has been an education, but anyone who has had the foresight to check in here regarding Tradeprices is categorically advised to avoid them at all costs. They shouldn't be trading.

  Really struggling with Trade Prices. I’m waiting on the outstanding items of my order and keep being told I’ll get them. Then told it’s DPD’s fault or my fault for changing order (which we did but each time new order was confirmed and extra costs paid). I’m at a loss as have emailed and called just now and they are closed and I have no idea when outstanding items will arrive (if at all). I see mentions of Gavin on these reviews.I’d love for Gavin to contact me and see if we can resolve this asap as I don’t like leaving 1 star reviews

  Ordered a couple of toilet frames from them. Had to wait a few weeks for delivery. Ordered a brass cistern flusher, but what turned up was a golden one that didn't match anything else. The dimensions of the unit were also different to those specified on the listing, and thus the unit didn't fit into the wall we had built. Called up and they informed me that the unit I purchased has been discontinued and so they send me a different one instead!? Thanks for letting me know, and wasting weeks of my time! They stopped answering my phone calls after a while until I rang from a different phone number..... They try their hardest to end the call saying they will call back with answers, but the calls or emails are never returned. Great customer service! I'd avoid at all costs if I were you.
