Bought one of these rugs about 5 months ago .. Not good quality at all... even with looking after the rug it becomes matted and clumpy . can feel the roughness of the base of the rug when walking on it .. (I bought it on ebay where they stated great quality better than other rugs sold there .) Believe me when I say I have bought a cheap rug in the past for a matter of pounds and this rug is no where near the standard .. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY .. I have messaged them but surprise surprise they do not acknowledge me or my messages

Update: the rugs have just been delivered. The driver took them back to depot as he couldn't find us. It has been nearly 4 weeks since seller told me they had been tracked as delivered and refused a refund. The carpets are lovely, but customer services are a disgrace, so I will not be upgrading the stars...... This company have caused me so much anxiety and stress. I am nearly 70 and they have taken my money and been so rude and I have nothing to show for it. The rugs I ordered were supposedly delivered but to who? We have not received them and David is useless, he seems to think it is my responsibility to find where courier has dumped them. He is also rude and unprofessional. I have lost more than a week's pension on rugs I have not received.
