I've given this 2 stars but if I could rate the staff separately I'd give them 10/10.. the staff are fantastic. Always helpful and go above and beyond. Management don't care. Promised the earth for a failing on their behalf and got let down in the end. The trade discount doesn't work, I've noticed the decline in the real trades people who used to use this place daily. Whatever think-tank made the company take the route they're on needs sacrificing!. On the plus side, all other builders merchants have done well from your previously loyal customers 🤷♂️
