I wanted a slightly odd sized double window to replace a rotten wooden one in my garage/workshop - plain, no frills, at a budget price. Lots of prices on the internet, but TradeWindows4U were the most reasonable, and the clincher was that they would arrange for the window to go to a windows depot near me for collection. Most of the other manufacturers wanted £50 or £60 for delivery - which may be OK for a full house of windows - but is a lot for a single window. I ordered online, and Alex phoned back in a couple of hours to confirm the details, and to give a delivery time estimate. Alex then emailed to say the window was ready earlier than the estimate. It arrived at the depot as arranged, and I collected it - no fuss. The window was exactly as needed, basic but well made, and decent quality. All glass was toughened Installation was easy, it looks good, is more secure, and one less thing to paint. Overall an easy, pleasant and satisfactory experience - and another job done. It was a pleasure to order something that all just worked as arranged - I wish everything could be so easy.
