I have been calling 9 days in a row, I put my window in the online basket and just wanted to ask 2 simple questions. people that answer call do not answer any queries, their job is to take your name and number and say someone will call you back, this is all they do!. for 9 days no one called me. when I called again and again I spoke to same people, couldn't stop myself from being sarcastic on later calls as this was like a recorded pattern, I said I know you will say now that someone will call me, but I know no one will. so how do I place my order, how does it work? they answer sorry someone will call you, never did. I am giving up and will order somewhere else. I lost 9 calls and repeating my name and phone number 9 times.

If you are looking to use this company do not get a quote online it will give you one price and then when you go to order it's more then double the price for the same thing. We travelled 80 miles to go to the showroom to have a look which was a complete waste of time because the price went up to more than double whats quoted on the website they also claim the windows will be ready within 7 days which is the main reason we choose them it is in fact 4 to 5 weeks. Do no believe any of the information on the website. One very unsatisfied customer very unprofessional company
