Excellent customer service. We made a small mistake on our order, this was spotted by the team at Trade Warehouse. They called to let us now we hade in fact ordered 2 different sizes for a gutter system. Had they not we would have had a rainwater system arrive that could not be installed immediately. In my role at work i purchase goods daily, there are very few companies that will go the extra mile like these guys have!
