Awful company! Have had £200 of mine for a deposit since February, I have sent them multiple texts to ask for my money back and have been ignored. Called up again today and dealt with a very very rude man who laughed at me down the phone saying ‘obviously the manager isn’t in, it’s the weekend.’ Disgusting company that have clearly done this to people before.

DO NOT BUY ALL THE VANS ARE BOUGHT FROM WE BUY ANY VANS THEN SENT TO BCA AUCTIONS, I SENT MINE TO WE BUY ANY VAN WITH MAJOR GEAR BOX FAULT, i told them it had faults, A WEEK LATER ITS FOR SALE ON THIS SITE FOR 2K MORE THAN I SOLD IT SOUR GRAPES DEFIANTLY NOT, its a big lay out for a tradesman they dont give a dam, THEY JUST SELL OTHER PEOPLES TRASH, then hide behind, should have taken this out on the van should have taken that out on the van!, what a bad set up.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, within the first 2 months of purchasing the van. The key fobe stopped working, starter motor went and a hole in the coolant pipe. This van was for personal use for private jobs on the weekend and haven’t even done 1000miles in it yet.

Don’t use these guys. Terrible business. Terrible people. Don’t buy their vans they are all on their way out and rusty with a bunch of pre-existing faults that will cause the van to break down on you shortly after purchase. Callum (salesperson who sold me the van) also forgot put my van on warranty, and is generally a terrible person. But please keep him. No one else wants him. He can stay in that depressing office
