These guys are so missleading, be very wary of the colours. Had a terible experience with them. I am so glad we only purchased one to test rather than the whole house. They colour match was completely differenet to that shown on the website and they hide behind the small print of "colours may vary" wow there not kidding ! they refused to take it back and now having to go through the credit card company.

Hi kimberley, just first of all like to say I don't normally leave a review of most of the products I buy online so this will be an exception, service first class , delivery first class , I did have a problem with one of my radiators ie chipped badly on paint work , but after a quick email the response was dealt with very promptly with thanks to kimberley, and of course the lady in dispatch (sorry I never asked her name ) would definitely recommend trade radiators with no hesitation, the quality is equivalent to quinn Barlow radiators which of course are first class , so thanks to all at trade radiators one very happy customer .. many thanks James 😊

I had an incomplete ordered delivered. The customers service was slow to send the missing product but essentially sent one and offered compensation. The products its self is of high quality and would be buying again. Hopefully next time around i will have 100% satisfaction.

Third time I've used Trade Radiators who have access to many styles and manufacturers at better than most on price. Each time I've received the items as promised in good order. I've only knocked off one star because their website is a mess and takes fortitude to get to the product you want ! But stick with it, they have a good distribution web business here.

Ordered a radiator that they said was in stock with a 2-4 day delivery. After 4 days I emailed them querying where it was as I had a plumber booked to fit it along with other work in the house. The reply I got was basically that the website states there is a 4-6 working day lead time to come from the manufacturer. I emailed them back with a screenshot showing that the website says 2-4 days. They then blamed covid of course! If the item is showing in stock then it should be despatched the following day? I cancelled the order and was given a full refund, which was lucky as B&Q was doing the same radiator £23 cheaper. Avoid this company if you expect your item to be despatched and delivered within the time stated on there item description
