The young woman, who claimed she was a manager, was extremely rude to my partner on the phone when he was asking if they had an item in stock before driving there to get it. She continued to be rude when he got there and decided that he was not allowed to purchase what he wanted to get and was behaving appallingly. Massive attitude problem and horrible person to deal with, hard to believe she is a manager or even has a job that requires any form of customer service. I called to find out if they had a website or any other stores and she asked me why I was "asking all these questions" and then hung up the phone as I told her there was no need to be rude. I spoke to another member of staff when I called back after being hung up on and he took our contact number and that was the end of it. Shocking way to treat customers.
