One of the staff members literally stares at me like a hawk when I'm in this store - he will be side-eyeing and directly staring at my hands. It's bizarre. As a collector, this makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable and disappointed as I rely on stores like these to trade in and find pre owned games/media. Pretty sure it's because I wear a bandana, which is amusing. Think the staff here need to be trained better in order to not come across so ignorant. There's absolutely no need.

Every time time I come into this wonderful place the staff are always super friendly, and always ready to answer my queries. If you want professional service with a smile, this is the place to be They do the best trade in deals and many of their items are a better price than most stores. With most games/movies its a trip down memory lane whether I buy something or not. And its never a case of waiting in the queue until the cows come home!!!
