I went to this shop recently to pick up some fireworks. The opening hours displayed on the Google My Business Ad (which it said had been amended by the business less than a week before) were displayed as 10am - 6pm, but when I got there at about 1ish the place was locked up. I rang the number on the google ad to ask if they were open, and the chap on the other end of the line told me that he was going to be open for 10-15 minutes right then. Luckily I wasn't far away but if I'd been planning on popping in later I'd have been out of luck. When the guy arrived he opened up the shop, but didn't have a great selection of fireworks (fair enough though as it was after Bonfire Night). I asked to buy one of the £80 selection boxes he did have and paid by card. When I've looked back on my account I've seen that I've been charged £85, rather than the £80 I agreed to. The fireworks he did sell me were quite good, and I would say were well priced (if they had been £80). Overall I had a worse customer service experience here than at the Discount Fireworks shop in Welling, which is probably where I'll go back to in future.
