I saw Tracy for a biomechanical assessment as I suffer from lower back and knee pain and I wanted to see whether the issue might be coming from my feet. Tracy's approach was beyond my expectations and it was probably the best and well overdue treatment I have ever had. She started with a gait analysis and then did a very thorough postural check finding imbalances in my hip and shoulders that are extremely relevant to the symptoms I am experiencing. She was able to read my body like no one else and was asking the right questions suspecting injuries I even forgot about. She has also noticed some habitual patterns in my body that were leading to those imbalances and were aggravating my pain. After that she did a test on my patellas noticing some restrictions in gliding and offered dry needling that released acute tightness in that area and my whole leg.I went out from her treatment room positively overwhelmed with lifestyle, posture and exercise tips and the day after I received the most thorough aftercare. The treatment was beyond my expectations. I can highly recommend her to everyone!
