Becky was extremely helpful and explained each option fully and clearly to enable me to choose the most suitable options for our grandchildren’s first driving experience. Ultimately we ended up booking experiences for six people across two different venues. I understood exactly what I was purchasing and the whole process was carried out with the minimal of fuss and we didn't feel pressurised into purchasing extras if I didn't wish to do so or rushed. In fact Becky was so patient and explained everything in such detail that the total process lasted around an hour. Thank you Becky for helping me to book the treat in an easy and relaxed way. You are the definition of politeness and a great credit to your employer. Indeed if I wasn’t in the process of retiring and selling my business I would certainly look at employing you, such is the positive impression you left me with. The whole booking experience was excellent from start to finish. I am greatly looking forward to the day and the look on the kids’ faces when they realise what they will be driving. We arranged a similar day for some adult friends of ours in January of this year which fantastic. So much so that one of the participants smiled so much her cheeks ached until the following day. This will not be the last booking we make will Becky.

For my birthday I was given a track day voucher. The person who purchased it for me told me about it in my birthday card then later forwarded on the email they had received with the details. I didn't immediately book the track day. 10 months later I was ready to book. So I called up Track Days to be told the voucher had expired 5 days ago. When I questioned that 10 months seems a bit short and I thought that a year was normal and reasonable, your rude member of staff in customer services (Becky) said we can do what we want. She then gleefully told me it says everywhere that it is 10 months. Well it doesn't in the body of the email I received. If you'd like to check and come back to me.

Would just like to say a very big thank you to the folks at Trackdays. I had a voucher for one of their experiences as a birthday present in March 2022 which was due to expire this week. However shortly after I received the voucher I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and wasn't able to do a session. I contacted the folks at Trackdays and they were very helpful and understanding and extended the voucher such that I am able to use it in the next few months. Once again my thanks for a great service by the Trackdays folks which has made for a great start to 2023 especially after the trials and tribulations of 2022.

The most deceitful company on the internet. I received a voucher from my partner for the Formula Renault Blast. After looking to book, the only date they had available was 5 days after our expiry. They waived the £30 fee (how kind) but we then had to pay an extra £40 as it's a bank holiday. THEY HAD NO OTHER DATES FOR THE WHOLE OF NEXT YEAR. I decided to call to try and see if it was a system error. I asked if they only had one date, and they said yes, and couldn't guarantee they would get more dates. More so, I wondered if 7 other people booked, and couldn't book due to date availability, what dates would they get the choice of...the answer? They wouldn't. Also, you can't get a refund and only receive a cash voucher to book another package. But guess what...all the other packages are only available on April 10th, the same date with a premium for the bank holiday. Trackdays are selling packages and then forcing customers to pay premiums that aren't outlined in their T&Cs. It's also an extra £20 to book a "premium slot" which is after 9:45am. The combined total of additional fees is more than a voucher. If you're thinking of buying this as a gift, don't! Head to virgin experiences and get a responsible company that isn't trying to exploit customers. We've taken the issue to Trading Standards as it looks like plenty of customers over the past month have had the same problem.

Only experience is a stressful, upsetting experience, still been no where near a car. Wife surprised me with a DB5 track experience at an upgraded track, and called and checked Dunsfold was available as we live close, and told yes. Called August to book, not available at Dunsfold, told to call end of year for 2023. Called today, spoke to Amy, half helpful but soon turned unhelpful. I said we paid extra for Dunsfold and they can't do it, asked for refund or extension, denied. Told had to do something. Offered Jan 28th abingdon (not premium track we paid for), I'm a pilot so work randomly. I begrudgingly said yes then to be told that dates not available! All sold out in 2 hours! Then offered may! I can't plan that far in advance! So we paid for DB5, Dunsfold, they can't fulfil, won't refund nor extend voucher till something comes up, as if its my fault. A stressful experience, badly treated when they can't supply what we bought, going to trading standards. Wish we never used them, save your money and go direct to suppliers. It's been awful and stressful. They want £30 to extend till something comes up worth me doing or I can, all cause they can't supply what we bought. AVOID these cowboys.
