I had my first reflexology the same morning I found out I suffered from scoliosis in my right lumbar. The clarity and information allowed me to tell Tracey exactly what was wrong with me and the session went incredibly well as I was educated on the issues my body was suffering from (tenseness) due to the imbalance in my back. Certain points hurt more than most but the pain was necessary and as I was feeling the reactions throughout my body I realised how much of a stiff person I was. The session finished and I was lighter, my legs and foot in particular had a certain flop to them that was opposite to the dead tight lock I was in right at the start. This treatment in conjunction to with my physio is something I’ll continue to do because the more relaxed my muscles become, the sooner they align with correct exercise and strengthen equally, instead of the current imbalance I have. This treatment I’m sure has varying effects for others, on the first occasion I’m sure many others will have a significantly larger reaction in relief than I have due to my years of negligence and lack of massage therapy. It’s not a miracle fix but it’s a marvellous aid to bringing your body back to its primary state, targeting the areas of aches and pains till they are no more. Will be coming back fortnightly. Thank you Tracey.

Tracey’s reflexology service is fab! Went in with a sore throat and painful lower back and after one treatment I feel so much freer! I’m a singer and it’s been ages since my voice has felt so relaxed! The room is very lovely and full of lovely relaxing energy - would absolutely recommend!
