Awful experience, getting letters back from 6 months ago & even after providing a ticket for that date - they are still seeking this imaginary payment. During a time of uncertainty - a £170 parking ticket is beyond belief and appalling. Absolute con artists

I'm really glad I came onto Google to check the reviews which I have proved myself right with it being a scam, They've tried sending me 3 different fines out which dated back to 2018, I also confronted them with an email asking them what the fines were for and I presume they are scammers and had no reply, Thank you to everyone on these reviews👌👍

Expose these scammers, the names of the company directors are: Chloe Mairead BARNES Louis ELLIS David Michael JARVIS (All information can be openly researched on companies houses) As far as I'm concerned, all three of them can and will have in most cases pursued a course of conduct amounting to an offence contrary to Section 1(1) Protection From Harassment Act (1997) as they continue to send correspondence in relation to a false debt, whether that be via electronic communication or letters. They should be aware that companies can commit this offence, in Marjowski v Guy’s St. Thomas’s NHS (2005) QB 848 - the appeal court held that a company could be a person and was therefore capable of harassing other persons. Furthermore, if the course of conduct was carried out in the course of the business - the employer can be held vicariously liable. A message to all reading this: Report them to the Police for harassment and if found guilty, the offence carries a possible 6 month sentence and/or fine. Grey Man.
