very rude and unprofessional !in order to get a part from them you need to register witch i find useless.in order to register they have to send you a form for witch i have waited 3 days and after the 10th call they finally send the form .after completing the form and sending PERSONAL INFORMATION they decided it was the right time to tell us that we need to register with the branch from our area. all this for a simple part. outrageous !!!

This business was good once and actually one of the best in Kent (hands down) such a grate time and experience good friendly staff to, Now at current its hard to believe that you've chosen Private businesses only over public business. In my opinion i believe that has dumb move but i also see the other side of things also thinking this was changed because, Greedy competitors? and pressure from other local car part shops business? In my thoughts taking public allowance for purchase of goods was the stupidest mistake you guys ever made. Good day Hope you consider one day.
