    Bought a vw recommended battery from them which comes with a two years warranty, the battery did not last for two yrs, I called them, quoted the invoice number and the date I purchased the battery, I was told they cannot find any information on their system, i drove there with my reciept, only for them to tell me they cannot do anything about it and directed me to the main dealer to sort it out with them, not very honest at all, this partiular branch of TPS. Please avoid them, very unprofessional.

    Ordered my car parts and agreed to pick up the materials by close of Business. After travelling 30 miles from Maidstone to Dartford @ 1700, I was informed that they couldn’t give the parts because there was no one at TPS to issue an invoice. TPS opens until 1800 and this is extremely unprofessional of an institution like TPS. I will recommend management get on top of this issue.
