I have recently been unfortunate enough to have had an accident resulting in me having problems getting in and out of a chair. I telephoned TPG to seek advice and see if the firm could assist in any way. I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful. They allowed me to use a rise and fall chair to try out in the comfort of my home to see if it was right for me and whether I would benefit from that particular chair. Since moving to the area with my disabled mother in January 2022 we have had excellent service from TPG, initially in fixing the old stairlift left in the house and recently the installation of a new model. All of the staff from sales through to the engineers have been helpful and professional. It is so unusual nowadays to be able to speak to somebody on the telephone who is willing to help you even on a Bank Holiday when we had a problem. I would definitely recommend TPG.
