Two employees in a white Fiesta BF63 EGX couldn't be bothered to wait in the queue at the BP service station. Instead thy drove ALONG THE PAVEMENT next to the bustop, in through the petrol forecourt EXIT and parked in the only diabled space, despite there being many other vacant spaces. All for a coffee and a snack. If that's the respect they show for safety and for other people then it's a big warning not to use this firm. Were company ethics well promoted amongst staff this wouldn't have happened.

Not a great start. Rang the “office number” which I got from their website expecting to be able to leave a voicemail as it was early evening.... a lady picked up and bluntly told me to ring back in the morning and pretty much hung up on me. Most businesses would have politely taken my details and rang ME back the following day. Very poor. You’ve just lost yourself a serious amount of work and money. I’m no expert but my advice would be to get yourself some advice on customer service!
