I’ve tried to phone the premium number - no reply. Then I tried waiting for an agent online - no reply. Then I followed their telephone answering service advice to get ‘immediate’ support by using the online chat. Despite being 1st place in the queue - - no answer. So far I have spent an hour and still no response from any channel. The management of this service is clearly very poor.

Call centre could not stop with lies. Lied about the calls being recorded witch i have reported to the I.C.O. stoped talking to me in mid conversation to chat with his mates next to him witch i still cant belive. Told me he was getting the emails i was sending him witch i now know not to be true as i found out the emails was sent to the uk department and this lier was aboard. Ive have more honesty from a online scammer that this guy. Not to mention the fact the cctv camera dont work and your end up just asking for your money back. Nows the part when i get a responce from this company trying to sound like they care in order try and scam and lie more ppl. See you in court TP-LINK

No answer (unless you want to dial a premium number). No reply to email. Lousy customer service/aftercare.

Can I just say TP-Links returns/replacement process is shambolic and extremely slow. I had a Tapo camera that stopped working after a firmware update after many messages backwards and forwards (mostly me chasing) I have finally received the replacement in the post......but it's the wrong camera (a cheaper one) and TP-Link are so far refusing to send the correct one until I post the wrongly delivered one back in the post. TP-Link are basically holding my camera to ransom.

You now have to pay for (free on Asus routers ) features like DDoS, virus guard and QoS every month, that’s after you payed £200 for a ax90 router. So if you had it for 4 years it would be over £400 in total.
