Went all the way to whitstable today, wanted to go to this place as they sell jellycats. Got there and a chain across the door! Not letting people in, I’m not being served on street, kids wanted to browse all the toys, sad to say my two young kids were disappointed as they had birthday money to spend, So we went elsewhere, shame this business lost out on quite a bit of cash today, because they’re the only shop in the high street still doing cov!d nonsense .

During lockdown, the owner went above and beyond expectations. The shop had closed for the day & in desperate need of a toy, I called and the owner confirmed she was at home. However, after informing her of the situation, she asked me to place the order online. She then returned to the store in order to meet and hand me my order. Fantastic service! Toys “N” Trends has a wide variety of items to select from. Staff are super friendly and helpful - this stems from excellent management.
