Good store with a large selection of toys for all ages. Can get crowded when busy. We tend not to visit very often anymore after we had an issue when we last purchased an item there one morning and they didn't give us the correct change. When we challenged them they told us there was nothing they could do until they balanced the till at the end of the day which would have meant having to travel back to Epsom. We felt this was unreasonable and they eventually gave us the correct change but it's left a bad impression and has deterred us from visiting/buying from them again
