The Town and Country response to our initial enquiry was quick and professional (unlike some of the competition). Emma visited twice and the installer (Steve)also came to check out the requirement before we were asked to confirm the order. We were also given the chance to visited another recent local installation to see the product. Whilst delivery took a little longer than forecast the installation was completed in less than a day and Steve and his team were helpful and friendly and also cleaned up after, leaving the area spotless. We'd recommend Town and Country.

Emma was very helpful and knowledgeable on the sales side. Manufacturing time was a bit delayed but we blame Brexi I suppose since we don't make anything in the UK anymore. Installation team were good, got on with it and cleaned as they went along. Overall good job and happy.

Recently we decided that the time was right to purchase a quality awning for our house to provide flexibility, comfort and shade on the hot summer days . The quality and design of a motorised Weinor Cassitta II awning appeared to meet our requirements, the whole package could be supplied and installed by Town & Country Retractable Awnings Ltd . After discussions with Emma (Sales Manager who has excellent planning and product knowledge ) we were very confident this was the correct company to meet our needs. The finished installation far exceeded our expectations with the superb quality of the Weinor awning and a meticulous installation carried out by Steve and Richard, who were very easy to talk to and freely offered advise when this was required. They take great pride in their work . In all, a great friendly professional team to use, we would have no hesitation to recommend Town & Country Retractable Awnings to anyone considering purchasing a Weinor awning to contact and involve this company. Hi everyone I can’t begin to tell you what lovely people these r. Emma came out and took order (she’s lovely) dogs loved her lol . Bit of hiccup but not company fault hauliers but they worked hard to get it sorted and they did! Steve and soz never knew electrian name but what lovely guys and my dogs loved the (turkey) and still looking for them coming back lol. Please use this company u won’t be disappointed. Thanks guys!
