I reluctantly put my Late Mother's home up for auction after it had been for sale with a local estate agent. Mr Paul Davies guided me through the process and nothing was too much trouble. When I had a problem with the buyer accessing the property before the Sale had Completed, Paul Davies dealt with it fast and efficiently. He was always polite, kind and happy to advise, often out of office hours. Mr Davies and Town and Country do go the extra mile, that some other Estate Agents fail to do.

From a relative novice to auctions (apart from homes under the hammer) Paul explained the process in a succinct manner and kept us up to date with the extent of interest at all times. We had agreed the reserve but Town and Country managed to exceed this by £14000! Well impressed and guaranteed completion without lengthy paperwork. I went to Town and Country Auctions to sell our family home. I was reluctant to go to Auction as thought I would not achieve the value necessary. I had no need to worry. The representative gave a valuation which I was content with and said it would make a quick sale with the Auction in two weeks time. It went to Auction and achieved exactly what they said. Not only this but with NO seller fees at all. All communication with Town and Country was easy and personal with a professional response in quick time.
