Great bit of history in between all the new modern buildings. Important to keep the heritage and this was a steam powered wagon hoist that used to sit between 2 viaducts to lower them into the goods yards below. Keeping history alive :)

Great piece of leeds history, was once part of leeds central station, used to lift trucks from the lower level goods station to the higher level passenger line above, the grade 2 listed structure is the only remaining building of the old station.
