Tower Hill garage sold me a car with lots of existing issues, i've complaining about the noise of the car and they kept telling that it was nothing to worry about until i took the car to another garage for a 2nd opinion which confirmed my concerns about it, funny enough after that they offered to fix the car without arguing which tells me they knew about all the issues (clutch, mass flywheel, suspensions...etc !!!), i'm still having issues with the car, they refused to take it back, i am now going to contact the finance ombudsman service. So before you buy a car there, take a good mechanic with you !

Highly recommend this garage and in particular Alan, who was a pleasure to deal with. Alan wasn’t pushy in the slightest and on hand to answer any questions we had. The car wasn’t ready until the following week after buying but it was ready for the date that was agreed and the communication has been excellent throughout. Can’t fault this place, a smooth and stress free buying process.

After reading the reviews I decided to purchase a hyundai i40 form tower Hill I can say. Very friendly staff and a hands off no pressure sales team. All was well until after a week I had A engine issue that needed a fair amount of work to rectify these things happen. I have previously been involved in the motor trade so was worried of bad rearepirs id seen over the years But I must say neil was fantastic and could not be more helpful even sending pictures of the work as it was being done. The car is now driving like a new car (everything was covered by there warranty with no issue)nothing was to much hassle for him. A truly onist and up front car sales I would highly recommend tower Hill to anyone
