AWFUL Awful service from the garage today. I bought a used Kia with three years factory warranty left on it. Booked it in here due to a problem with the automatic gearbox. The person that met us was at pains to stress that it may be a chargeable job despite being under warranty, wanted £160 just o look at the car. Couldn't explain if the part that he suspected may be the problem was under warranty or not. He basically intimated that they encourage customers to take cars back to the supplying dealer (who is in Scotland) I run a Bike dealership, we take ownership of problems like this. That's how you build a reputation, not by being obstructive and really really unhelpful I would avoid these people like the plague
