Awful service, they do not ever pick up the phone, you go and visit the office just for a simple question and they are so rude and will not speak to you without an appointment. I explained I haven’t got an appointment because I’m unsure of some i information that is not provided on the government or Tower Hamlets website. I got nowhere and had to leave.
