I do not recommend the place. Placed an order end of October for a splash back. After 6 weeks waiting the fitter delivered the item and we find out they cut it wrongly! They were closed during Christmas for 2 weeks, when I called them up in January to complain the manager, Dave told me it was my fault they cut it wrongly as I was rushing them?! Horrible attitude and horrible customer service. We waited 12 weeks for one splash back. Bad really bad.

Went in to see if they could replace some broken glass on my greenhouse. The gentleman on reception was very helpful, said they could do it in 10-15 mins while I waited. I couldn’t wait so I came back in a couple of days which was also fine. Great that they open at 8 so can pop in before work. The glass was cut perfectly and fits in my greenhouse a treat. Was about £60 for 6 pieces of glass, all different and awkward shapes. Would definitely recommend Tower Glass.

Very friendly staff who actually loaded the glass into my car for me. Has good and easy parking, including disabled parking. Would recommend. Sells all sorts of glass including greenhouse glass at very reasonable prices.
