Worst practise I’ve ever come across, currently in the process of leaving! Failed to help with my daughter who had cataracts in both eyes! Let me leave the surgery with a baby who had no vision, I took her myself straight to an optometrist, they sent me with a referral to hospital where she was operated on two days later. That same afternoon I had numerous phone calls apologising saying they should never have let me leave with a baby with that condition. Seriously please consider your options before joining this surgery they’re diabolical!!!!

Getting medical attention here is like a radio prize give away, Only the first 5 callers gets a prize, everybody else, try again next time! "if you had called at 8 this morning we may have been able to see you" - Called at 11:35 but if you call at 8 you are on hold for 2 hours.(because they like to pick up the phone then put it down, so you have to call back and go back to the end of the queue again)

My usual surgery is Spring Lane, Radcliffe, always efficient and friendly. Today - 21/3/2023 I attended the Totting surgery for a specific injection. What a pleasant experience; procedure fully explained in a clear and unhurried way, in my opinion an outstanding example of both GP and local surgery practice.

Like everyone else seems to be saying, since covid I haven't been able to get a single appointment and the app indicates they're never seeming open either. What's going on!

If you want anything that barely resembles a gp surgery please do not bother with this practice. An "urgent" call back from a doctor (which you can't get to see) happens if you are lucky within 48 hours. An absolute disgrace to the system, it's patients and the surrounding area.

My parents are both in their 80s. Unless you know computers and can make contact (good luck on that) via Internet forget this practice. In fact if it's urgent go to A&E or ring 111. Things have improved. You only have to wait an hour on the phone before you can actually speak to someone now. Good luck getting an appointment though and even better luck seeing a GP. Not even certain there are any working at this practice to be honest.
