Not a considerate contractor as regularly start noisy work at 715am even though City of Westminster regulations mean they are not allowed to start until 8am and even though council noise enforcement teams ask them to cease and desist. They just don't care about any neighbours. Also noticed they don't block pavements to safeguard pedestrians when huge trucks are reversing in andoand of the site. Will start taking videos and uploading proof to youtube. Don't let these rogue traders demolish your building and City of Westminster should ban them.
