Waste of time and money, after chasing every week for an update finally after 2 months my luggage was repaired to a poor quality. AVOID THIS PLACE PLENTY MORE REPAIR STORES AROUND!!! Update 03/05 - This is a genuine review, please check your WhatsApp messages me chasing you. To remind you I’m the customer you said the leather took two months to arrive from Italy. We are in 2023 use a faster shipping company!

Didn't get to repair the wheels on my luggage due to lack of time on my part but owner was a delight to deal with. He responded promptly by phone and WhatsApp. I sent pictures of the repairs I needed and he responded within minutes with price and estimated time required. Would definitely have gotten it done if time permitted.

Took my Samsonite case here with a very sticky telescopic handle, charged £40 for the repair and the case was returned with a very sticky handle and a lot of grease. A waste of money and 4 x 2hour round trips.
