Great for beginners, and those experienced. A really good introduction to Aikido. I had no experience and the guidance was very patient, the other members of the club are extremely experienced but really supportive and friendly. Stuart leading the class has a wealth of knowledge and has spent time in Japan learning more about the art and is able to confidently pass on the Iwama style with excellent coaching on use of the boken and jo weapons techniques.
