Outstanding service! John, the engineer was prompt, he even arrived before the appointment time, he was very polite and the way he worked made me confident the tow bar would be fitted 100% correctly, which it was and it looks great. All panels he removed to fit the hitch were replaced perfectly and the electrics were demonstrated upon completion. Great value for the money and done at my door! Thanks John.

No stars. Not a great experience when having it fitted. Then one year and a month in (just out of warranty) the trailer module fails. Turns out the fitter fitter it in a terrible place - other companies said "not fit for purpose" and "no one should ever fit it like that" - so to have it replaced will cost as much as I paid in the first place. And I lost a holiday. Avoid.
