We sold a property with Nadeem and were extremely disappointed when we realised he hid a £2280 fee into the contract. We were charge a further £600 on top for his work (which we were happy to pay). This was a cash sale with no searches. So he charged almost £3000 for transferring the title across. Whilst we trusted him as he had done a few property purchases for us we realised after that he took our trust as an opportunity to profit whilst we lost money on the sale. After sending an email specifically asking him to put in certain fee's for the buyer to read before purchasing, he failed to add the fees in and very cleverly added his own fee so the total fees still added up. This is why we didn't question it as we assumed this was a fee we would receive for various other legal work we did on the property. He has now lost our business for further property purchases and after advising many people to use him we have had to contact them and advise them of this situation. All I can say is enjoy the £3000 you've stolen as this will remain a debt to you for the remainder of your life.
