    The joinery on the windows I had manufactured is poor and the installation was unprofessional. I tried to resolve this with the company but have received no response or remedial action. About the windows: 1. The casement window is off centre in the frame so when it is closed, wind/air is coming through the gaps - it does not seal at all. After one year this gap has increased 2. The draught proofing strip is not glued down evenly, so there is air/wind coming in through the gap and the strip is lifting off in places. 2. The window was installed without cleaning the sill which it is seated on. It was placed on top of old, unevenly textured vinyl decoration. Once the decoration deteriorates, there will be gaps underneath the window frame. (It would have taken 30 seconds to just peel off this decoration). 3. The installer left all of the shattered glass (big shards!) in the gravel below the window and left hazardous materials and waste strewn across the area. 4. The coating / paint on the frame of the casement window was damaged in several places during installation.
