TouchTec is the best copier supplier company that we have ever had. Their customer service is Excellent, nothing is an issue for them. Chris Reed, Wendy, Ryan, Josh and everyone in the team are very professional, friendly and efficient. They always give you advise on the best value solution for you, they work with you and don't push you to buy anything that you don't need. TouchTec offer a superb service. We have just finished a 5 year lease on a great Konica machine which never went wrong once. Last week TouchTec replaced that with another Konica machine which was painlessly installed by Josh. Chris Reed is really easy to deal with when arranging the replacement machine, unlike the cold callers who offer the earth, and Wendy provides excellent support. TouchTec are highly recommended.
