I asked Lynsey to diagnose and hopefully treat my Labrador in December after she jumped awkwardly into a stoney, shallow river. Lynsey noticed a problem around the scapula and applied some physio in the following weeks along with teaching me daily exercises to do at home on my lab. I found her both very professional and friendly, I would happily recommend Touch Physio.

Lynsey is an amazing physio. She has worked closely with my dog for several weeks to ensure he is back to full-fitness following surgery. She is knowledgeable, calm, caring and dedicated. I'm very glad that I came across her details and chose her for my precious boy.

If you are looking for a 5 star physio, who is genuinely concerned for her patients’ welfare, then look no further than Lynsey. I have been visiting her for several years for a problematic disc, and due to her excellent care, I am able to continue with my active lifestyle. She is always happy to discuss my concerns/answer my questions, and if there is an issue, she takes prompt action to remediate the situation. Unlike some physios that I have visited, she takes time to study the problem (sometimes masked by other symptoms), and to consider a range of treatments before deciding upon the best approach. Subsequently she has succeeded in remediating a problem, that others have been unable to address. If you are struggling with an acute condition, I would strongly recommend that you give her a call.

Lynsey has helped me greatly, over a number of years, with long-term joint problems particularly in the back and neck, also with injuries and following 2 hip replacements. She is always thorough and explains very clearly the biology involved, making it easier to follow her recommendations for rest, home treatments (such as cold/hot) or particular exercises. I am grateful for the fast responses, especially in times of urgent need, she will go out of her way to facilitate a speedy appointment when needed, and spends far more time with her patients than I ever expected. This is very hands-on physiotherapy that really works for me, and that helps reduce pain and keep me mobile and active in my very busy life.

I found Lyndsey through her website and sent her an email as I needed help with my horse Lanie. From first point of contact Lyndsey has been fantastic, really responsive booking me in an early session and then turning up spot on time. She spent quality time assessing Lanie's issues picking up problems I wasn't aware of that were causing the stiffness in her back. She then treated both the back and ligament problem she had found and left me with some exercises to do before her next visit. Lanie improved dramatically over the the first week and Lyndsey revisited a week later where she then spent another really good session with Lanie. I am so pleased I found Lyndsey to work with Lanie and would highly recommend her services to anyone.
