So, boilers and pumps... To the untrained eye it's a jumble of piping - that when something goes wrong a sense of panic swiftly kicks in. Add to that, the challenge of managing a property whilst overseas and you have the potential for being ripped off. Enter in Touch of Heat and Muhammed and the team. From the outset, there was clear and effective communication that gave me confidence that I was dealing with a company that I could trust. So, a few messages later and an exchange of tenant details allowed a faulty pump to be replaced leaving us with a sense of relief and a new favourite added to the contact list in case of future emergencies and boiler maintenance. We had an unexpected issue with our gas boiler on a Saturday night. The Touch of Heat team replied to our message here on Google very quickly, came and assessed the situation the following day and 2 days later had it all fixed. Muhammed was very helpful and polite, explaining what was wrong and how it will get fixed. We will definitely call them to have our boiler serviced or need a plumber.
