I haven't used Touch Accountants services, but I did speak to one of their sales reps and he was extremely rude! He hung up on me when I said I wasn't interested in their services. Companies like Touch Financial don't understand the impact poor customer service makes in the long-term, they think as long as they have a few happy paying customers they'll survive as a company, but the truth is that you need a good reputation and good word-of-mouth. Had my experience been different with Touch Accountants, I would have not hesitated to recommend them and that would've gained them a few new customers. But that's obviously not going to happen.
