Went there with my Daughter and her 2 children aged 1 and 3 , Very disappointed, the food in the play shop was old and tired looking ,things were broken and missing and the floors were filthy.

2 year old loves it here whether busy or quiet. Would be better with a bigger play area and toilets but she doesn't mind and it's a great way to keep her busy.

Was visiting on the 18th February 2023 with my mum for her birthday, and honestly this place is APPALING. My mum was stood at the counter for almost 30 minutes, trying to wave down the only worker there who had looked at her multiple times and ignored her. She then proceeded to go on her phone behind the till, while there were dirty cups and tables around us. Not only that, while us and another family were in, she LEFT. We didn't see her for ages, only to see her return with a bag of Greggs. Honestly would never take my son there ever again, I do not trust the staff and for them to leave while there are still customers in without anyone to cover for her is shocking. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also the hot chocolate was honestly horrible but that's just a minor issue.

My little one loves it and the toilet thing isn’t an issue whilst she’s in nappies, but I’ve dropped a star as it’s absolutely freezing in the winter. My daughter was shivering and I will definitely be bringing slippers if we come back whilst it’s cold… otherwise it’s quite fun when not too busy. We’ve been once when it was rammed and there was hardly a toy going spare, but when there’s only a handful of children it’s lovely. And personally don’t mind the worn out looking toys - kids don’t care!

Really nice addition to Winchester - clearly going to be popular and they have worked hard with the space they have and are keen to do more (toilets are being planned I hear and tbh it only took 2 mins to pop downstairs in the shopping centre)

Nice idea but won’t return. The play equipment seemed in poor shape given that it is newly open. No toilets. I was told that it was to allow a larger seating area but no one was sat down (it’s on a different level and you can’t watch your children from there). This place won’t work for toddlers and toilet training - you have to go into the shopping centre and get a lift down two floors to find a loo! Tempted to try the other Tot Cities since their reviews are good.

Had a lovely morning at Tot City Winchester with my 21 month old. I noticed some improvements since the previous time we visited (the first week it was open) including more tables on the upper level by the play area, which is useful, and a changing table, plus there seem to be more toys and books now in the baby section. Staff were lovely and friendly. Everything looks very clean. Daughter enjoyed it!

This is a wonderful indoor option for little ones in Winchester. My 3-year-old loved it - there are lots of cute pint-sized roleplay options plus a small area suitable for babies, and a nice café for the grown ups. It’s also pristine and clean inside. Great to have an addition to the small soft play downstairs in the shopping centre.
