We love this place. I take my daughter every Saturday for the morning session, staff are lovely and toys are great for exploring. I do suggest checking if there is a birthday on the website to avoid disappointment. I also suggest having the hot chocolates they serve 😋

Went here today after visiting basingstoke many times. However Andover is FILTHY everything is so dirty and clearly not been cleaned in a long time. We will not visit the andover on again. I cannot believe how dirty it is. Basingstoke on the other hand is immaculate and far better run. If they ever brought this up-to the standard of basingstoke it would be a great place. Sadly 0 stars due to the state of the place.

Our little one loves it here but it does need a little tidying up. A recent visit highlighted quite a sharp protrusion on one of the wall mounted fiddle boards at head height for a toddler and lots of things could just do with replacing. Coffee is always nice and it never gets too busy but sometimes kids do get unruly (parents fault) but staff seem too inexperienced to intervene. Good value though and tires the kids out nicely.

Second visit to Andover tot city was awful. My friend said “the place where toys go to die”. They had taken all the equipment and put it in Salisbury leaving a place with only broken, dirty toys. Downstairs is just a room with a toy traffic light hanging off the wall. Upstairs is a mix of all sorts of broken, no battery, missing parts toys. Used to be good. Not good value for any money.
