If there was the option of 0 stars that is what I would give this agency. They scammed me out of 1500 dollars. I signed up, created a profile and they were quick to deduct the 1500 dollar deposit fee. I never even interviewed a nanny let alone hire one. After tens of emails, I was given confirmation I would receive a refund. Guess what, they never refunded anything and then just stopped responding to any emails. I have written so many emails to all my previous contacts at the agency and they just ghost you. Once they take that deposit customer service conveniently disappears. Beware of this agency and stay away. Ive worked with several agencies over the years with great success but this agency is just simply a SCAM.
