Fantastic Family Run Bead Company, I’ve been using them since at least 2014 when I first met them at a Bead Fair in Perth. Their customer service is second to none, the help they provide when you ah e questions or what to be sure certain colours go before purchase is brilliant. Advice after purchase is excellent and I am still using them today in 2022. Now I have found their uTube channels as well and that’s is brilliant. The live streams are new to me as well and it’s great to be able to communicate with what you see and ask questions, etc. Their selection of beads and prices are really good and their shipping speed is unrivalled. I am in Fife, Scotland, and I have ordered late on in the day and then shocked to see it on the door mat the next morning! Companies like this are so few are often out of reach of the individual who isn’t a seller of things they make, but not Totally Beads, they cater for anyone and everyone and we are all welcome! I WOULD LOVE to be able to visit the warehouse but sadly out of reach for me, and probably a good thing…..for HUBBY and my wallet 😂! It would be like when hubby is in a military surplus, Golf or charity shop!! I would come out with a van load!

Totally beads in Clacton Essex is an Aladin's cave. They have everything you want and more. Staff are so very helpful. No shop, just the factory that have a few "open" days a year normally buy online but it's much better to see and touch before you buy.
