Disgusting 'customer service' and a total ignorance for the law! I was a loyal customer of theirs despite being literally the most expensive vape shop in folkestone, and had been in several time due to a problematic vape that had already been returned several times. It had stopped holding its charge AGAIN, to was told I could not exchange it for a replacement, as i had previously done before as 6 months since the original purchase had expired and there was nothing they could do, regardless of the fact that the actual vape I had only had as per the exchange around 6 weeks previously. I said that the unit has a manufacturers warranty of 12 months which will go from the point of exchange, the date from which I had had the new unit of around 6 weeks ago.) She argued with me and told me there was nothing she could do to help me with the unit I had purchased from them that was faulty and within warranty, having only been handed over to me 6 weeks ago. I told her this was illegal and she laughed at me.No advice given over what to do. So I contacted the manufacturer who told me they should indeed legally honour the exchange of a faulty item up to one year of the latest unit being handed over (I.e. the one 6 weeks ago.) behaviour and treatment of customers! I felt I had to leave a a review when two co workers reported to me that they had had similar service in regards to faulty units. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. Yes they are lovely when you walk in and they smell a sale but they will sell you faulty items and refuse to honour warranties, and I will be taking my experience to the ombudsman to regain compensation for the item, and if you have had similar experiences I suggest you do the same. I have since taken my business over the road who were astonished at Wicked's indeed truly wicked treatment of its loyal customers...
