Not happy with service. I ordered a few items for my daughter totalling in the sum that gave me free shipping. As difficult as it is to buy clothing that fits online, most items fitted, but suede chaps did not despite me following the indicated measurements. I email Dawn asking for help in exchanging, I was after her advice which chaps could fit. I waited and waited and got no reply at all. When I finally returned the chaps worth £22.99, I was only refunded partially as the original shipping cost was charged to me and hence the refund sum was reduced by nearly £4. This is not fair simply. I did my best to substitute the chaps that were too small. I just was not assisted in it at all. I will not be buying from this shop again. Also, be aware, if you want to exchange something you have to pay again for shipping.
